Keeping your off-road vehicle safe and in excellent driving condition

You love your ride! It’s clean, the lift looks nice and you love the compliments you get daily.  You know how to keep it looking good but how do you keep it running as good as it looks?  Here are a few tips that will help keep your off-road vehicle safe and in excellent driving condition for a very long time.

A daily ride needs maintenance and under carriage inspections at least once a year.  This service is also recommended anytime you have had your vehicle off-road and through water, sand or extreme dusty or dirty conditions. Having all that fun can add wear and tear so we always remind our customers to inspect the under carriage or bring it in and we will  be happy to help.

Another important tip is to torque all suspension, steering and drive shaft bolts and check for damaged bushings. Inspect tie rod or ball joints and lubricate all grease points on the suspension and drive shaft.  Stop in and let the skilled technicians at Overbuilt Customs assist if you have any questions.

In addition, we encourage servicing the front and rear differentials by inspecting the differential ring & pinion and locker system.  Always check for any condensation or liquid and remove any dirt or debris that accumulates.

These  Overbuilt Customs Service tips will help keep your ride in excellent driving condition for years to come.
