Fiat Chrysler certainly thinks so. They are trying to stop the sale and manufacture of the Jeep look-a-like UTV called the Roxor in a complaint filed with the U.S. International Trade Commission. The Roxor is designed by Indian automaker Mahindra and indeed resemble the Willys Jeeps. Mahindra began operating in the US in 2017 at a facility in Southeast Michigan.
